The National Cancer Institute has developed a brand new program targeting teenagers who smoke. The website, teen.smokefree.gov will be combined with a text messaging program and mobile phone apps. The goal is pretty simple: get more teens to quit smoking before they grow up and turn into chronic adult smokers. The numbers don’t lie – these programs work.
